Sony 64Mpix camera adapter for i.MX8 eval kits

DAB-Embedded BV developed the adapter board for Sony IMX686 RGB camera (Module with optics + Autofocus engine). The adapter is ready for while NXP i.MX8 MQ, MM, Nano, MPlus, QuadMax evaluation kits.
The adapter has all required power supplies on board, 24MHz crystal oscillator, 4x MIPI CSI-2 lanes.
Camera max resolution, 9248 (H) × 6944 (V) @ 10 fps (Bayer 10-bit/8-bit RAW or COMP8).

DAB-Embedded BV also made Linux device driver for IMX686 camera and SDK for AutoFocus control system.
(Current module has 79.8° DFoV and F.no=1.89, No lens distortion)

List of Sony IMX686 camera modes supported by driver:
- Full resolution, 64 Mpix, 9248 x 6944 @ 10 fps
- 4K2K, 8 Mpix, 3840x2160 @ 120 fps
- 1080p, 1920x1080 @ 240 fps
- 720p @ 410 fps

Additionally, driver supports:
- Horizontal and Vertical image flip;
- HDR mode;
- PD Autofocus
